Momo and the Two Paths

Momo the little bear was going to the park to play.

The sun was warm and bright. Momo walked fast. Then she jumped up high. Boing!

Then the path split into two. One path went to the flowers. The other path went to the big trees.

Momo walked to the flowers. She could smell them. Mmm, sweet!

Then she heard a sound. Quack, quack! It was Duck, and Duck looked sad.

“My hat fell in the pond,” said Duck. “It is too far. I can't reach it.”

Momo picked up a long stick. She reached out over the water. Reach, reach, reach!

She hooked the hat and pulled it back. Got it!

“You got my hat!” said Duck. “Thank you, Momo!”

Momo got to the park. All her friends were there.

Momo had one red ball. It was her favourite toy.

Her friends looked at the ball. They wanted to play too.

Momo rolled the ball to a friend. Her friend rolled it back!

Roll, roll, roll! Everyone had a turn. Everyone was laughing.

Sharing the ball made the whole day happy.

A kind heart makes the happiest days. 🐻
